Babaláwo Ajísafé Awoniyi
Babaláwo Ajísafé — known professionally as Steven Ajísafé Jones — is a priest in the Yorùbá Ifá and Orisa tradition with over 20 years of practice, and co-founder of Ifá 360, a global platform dedicated to making the wisdom of Ifá and the Orisa accessible to seekers everywhere, especially those in the diaspora who are finding their way home.
A former Division I basketball player and graduate of the University of Georgia, Ajísafé was a leader and member of the Ilé Orí Temple in Atlanta, Georgia before co-founding Ifá 360 and the Ogbè Wẹ̀yìn International Ifá Temple in 2022. He is the proud godson of Fákayọ̀dé Fáníyì, The Agbọngbọn (Chief Title) of the Idin Ileke Ifá Temple in Oṣogbo, Nigeria — a lineage that grounds his teaching in deep, unbroken tradition.
Beyond the mat, Ajísafé is the Founding Principal of KIPP Vision Academy, which achieved top 10% statewide for student achievement growth and became a 2014 Georgia Reward School. He is the author of You MUST Lead! and CEO of LIFT Education, where he has spent over 20 years transforming schools and training Principals across the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and China.
When he is not providing private consultations or leading the Ifá 360 community, you will find him running his educational consulting firm and building with school leaders. He does not just teach the equation — he has lived every side of it.

Ìyánífá Fasewa Awoniyi
Fasewa Awoniyi — known publicly as Arielle Loren — is an Ìyánífá (Ifá priest) and Ṣàngó initiate, and co-founder of Ifá 360 and the Ogbè Wẹ̀yìn International Ifá Temple. She is the proud goddaughter of Fákayọ̀dé Fáníyì, The Agbọngbọn (Chief Title) of the Idin Ileke Ifá Temple in Oṣogbo, Nigeria — the same lineage that grounds Ajísafé's teaching.
A Harvard graduate and funding expert, Fasewa has advised hundreds of tech startups on capital strategy and has been featured in Forbes, Business Insider, Cheddar TV at the New York Stock Exchange, BET, and Essence. She brings to this work a rare combination: deep roots in the Ifá and Orisa tradition and a sharp, practical understanding of what it actually takes to build wealth in the modern world.
